Delivery and transport
Delivery of goods from wendesfinearts.com is considered complete when the customer has received the goods. All orders are sent by Post Nord or GLS, unless otherwise separately agreed between buyer and wendesfinearts.com.
This means that the commodities are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of order. Delivery to an address in Denmark will normally be made within 3 days. Listed delivery dates to other destinations are indicative and can be waived.
The risk of the commodities
The risk of goods ordered in our shop passes to the buyer when the right of withdrawal after 14 days from the receipt has expired. If the product is damaged or impaired after the buyer has received in time to arrive, he retains his right of withdrawal if the damage or reduction is not due to negligence or lack of care on his part.
Remember to save the original packaging as the product when possible. claim or damage must be returned in original packaging.
Complaints
Any errors or defects in products / goods supplied by wendesfinearts.com must be claimed within 2 months after you discovered the error. It is your duty to state and upon request, show how the error manifests itself. If you find an error, please contact wendesfinearts.com. You can basically only complaint about defects that become apparent within 2 years after you received the goods. For products with limited shelf life, your remedy bounded by the shelf-life wendesfinearts.com have promised you. You can choose as a consumer of goods to be repaired or replaced. The exception to this rule is if the replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs for wendesfinearts.com.
Returns
whisperingleaves.dk offer a 14 day return, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, wendesfinearts.com must be notified in writing within 14 days from the day you received the goods supplied. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, this also applies to packaging and info signs that are on the product. You will bear the costs associated with returning the product. You can cancel a purchase by either refusing to accept it, by transferring the item to the post office, or by returning the goods to the specified address.
Impairment
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary. In other words - you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the product is proven beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount return you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in actual use.
Items excluded withdrawal
Delivery of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. See full list of exceptions to the right of withdrawal exists in Consumer Contract Act section 18
Disclosure
Agreements (purchase orders) can be made in Danish or English and held by the company for 5 years, in accordance with accounting law. It is not possible to access the contract through our website. Price and payment
On wendesfinearts.com you have the option to pay with Danish cards as well as VISA and Matercard credit cards. All prices on wendesfinearts.com are incl. VAT.
Applicable to Greenland and the Faroe Islands: Shipment will be made using Post Nord "Carry On" (By plane) prevailing rates.
Prices are US customs and shipping included.
